| Campaign Services
Campaigns, regardless of the type or for what reason have similar characteristics. They have a set goal, beginning and end, a plan, a case statement, a set professional fee, and predetermined expenses.
Campaigns provide the opportunity for the organization to market its purpose, mission, and vision to its constituents. Furthermore, campaigns provide an effective method to stimulate a development program or establish a new one. |

Capital Campaign |
. |
The Capital Campaign is most commonly conducted for new facilities, expansions, modernizations, and equipment. Conducting this type of campaign is time sensitive and should be coordinated with the beginning of construction. |

Endowment Campaign |
The Endowment Campaign is conducted to create a corpus from which interest income will fund specific needs. An endowment campaign is most successful if the organization has a strong case statement, usually generated from a strategic plan. |

Capital/ Endowment
Campaign |
The Capital/Endowment Campaign is very effective to not only raise money for the completion of capital needs, but to provide funding so the organization can fund additional overhead. Combining the appeal of a capital campaign with that of an endowment campaign provides the organization with an image of credibility and concern for its long-term success. |

Annual Gifts Campaign
Building support over time

The Annual Campaign is used to fund the operational or small capital needs of an organization. It is an important tool to identify a donor base, instill the habit of giving, and raise the level of giving to an organization over time. |

Membership Campaign
Garners support for an organization
|
A Membership Campaign is an effective method of garnering support for an organization. A membership component added to a development program will raise funds as well as awareness of the organizations mission and vision for the future.
It is recommended that generally, a Membership Campaign be conducted six months prior to or after an annual appeal in the months of May-June. However, timing is less important than developing a consistent strategy of offering and publicizing membership opportunities.
During this program WK&C partners with the organization in the design of a strategy for membership, including strategic reasoning about levels of membership and the corresponding benefits. In addition, WK&C will assist in the development of supporting materials for a campaign and training to enlist members, if needed.
