| Peter Woodburn, CEO/Senior Partner
Peter Woodburn, a native of Madison, Indiana, graduated from Indiana University where he served on the Little Five Hundred Foundation, was active in numerous other campus events and is a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He began his fundraising career with Indiana University Foundation. He served with the U. S. Army in Vietnam, receiving the US Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. Upon return from active service he became a campaign consultant with Haney Associates of Boston, MA, then Executive Vice President of Healthcare Financial/Fundraising Consultants of Newport Beach, CA. With Wayne Kyle, he founded Woodburn, Kyle & Company in 1976.
Woodburn has been a speaker and/or panelist for many organizations including the American Association of Museums, American Hospital Association, Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, National Trust for Historic Preservation, American Association for State and Local History and numerous other state and regional associations and groups.
He has served his community as a Board member and President of the Jefferson County Historical Society, a member of the Arts Indiana Advisory Council, a Board member of the Madison-Ohio Valley Art Council, and the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce.
The firm is a member of the American Association of Fundraising Counsel; Woodburn is serving as Vice Chair of AAFRC. |
